    Second Try

    Dill-dill haulin straw bales

The makings of the new, very large, ugly pit..

And this happens when..I don't know...something went...sideways..They said the tractor was doing that before I got there!

...from the house it looked like this...Wendell said he wasn't scared...but a bit nervous..!!

We had  the annual doughnut-making-day a week or so ago

    The fryer lady..

    And the fryer-lady's 'helper'

Ashley was soo busy...Callie had gotten all her clothes dirty!

She had sooo much bar soap in there!

My life is a little bit boring and busy at the same time. Mixed with times of inhaling. Today 80% of the household is off of their daises. Anyone see extra laying around? I think we LOST them too.
      Sigh...milking cows...I still do that....
The garden loves us this year. It is doing wonderfully. Yellow squash or cucumbers anyone? Seriously, if you would use them?...you are welcome to some.

I'm on facebook these days. So I guess I'll see how many comments I get and therefore determine how often to do this.

    Colombia Trip!!

    o

The view from my first motel room

Waiting for the bus...a bus took us everywhere

The worship was so cool even if it was all Spanish!!

They always matched at the first church

Bryce, the translator and Chris Ishak, head of the trip, one of the teachers..and very neat!

Alex...a buddy of mine on the team...he's eating...if you didn't notice

    street vendors all over..

    flowers anyone?...

    Cute little kid...

Randy Clark...head of Global Awakening, the people I went with.

    Dinner one day...

A banana tree in the Pastor's back yard

This bird visited our breakfast about every morning

Motel lobby in Medellin..it was nice!

    Beautiful mountains

In Cali...a much poorer looking place

we visited a daycare type place where prostitutes could let their children for the day

It was fun to love on all the little kids!

The last church we went to. The translator's name is Juan Pablo. And the brown jacket guy is the Pastor.

Your's truly in front of our last motel...        This boy would walk like 36(?) blocks to attend church. He was a very cool little kid!

I was in Columbia for close to two weeks. It was such an awesome time, and made me do a lot of stretching and changing spiritually. I highly recommend experiances like this. Everyone should go out of the country. And Canada doesn't count!
I was on a team of around 20. We went to 4 churches, but two of them we only had 2 services. The team headed up the ministry time. We prayed for llloooootttttttsssss of people and saw so many healings and deliverances! It is so cool to see God use me! At least 20 blind eyes opened, and that many ears..2 cripples took their first halting steps. Did you know God still wants to do that? I would hear about it, and believe it. But there is nothing like seeing it.
I am home with precious memories...new friends...and a full heart. I just want so much more of God to hang around here now. So that's what I am going after!

    An update

Ok so no pictures. #1 Colleen swiped the camara #2 I didn't take any anyhow!

I hear our Smokey Odie barking. Someone must be here. He is like that. Which is kind of nice, because then when I go to the barn.......when my imagination is doing over time, and I watched to many CSI, and it is 4:30am, I know FOR SURE that it is just my imagination seeing things.

My life is consumed with many different things these days. Chris and kids are still here. Makes it feel like lots of kids! But they are all getting along better now. (deep sigh of relief)

Dad, Mom and Cork on down went to NY to get Karmyn on Monday. Jadrian finally got to go home!!! Karm was helping Steves for a week. Beth and I took Webby to the airport that afternoon. She is in TX for 2 weeks. There seems to be alot of hopping around happening this spring..

I plant, transplant and transport seeds and plants. I saw the cutest little buds on my baby Marigolds the other day. That is the sort of thing that makes me think it was worth it to do all the planting and other stuff that is not fun! Now the greenhouse looks so cute and lively. Little plants are such perfect minitures of the big ones, like babies. It almost make me talk baby talk to them. Yes I talk to my flowers!

Yesterday mom and I went to Wooster to get my shots for my Columbia trip. There was enormous fuss because here they didn't take credit card! It took like 2-21/2 hours to finally get out of there. Then we went to Kohls and caught a sale. And then a couple other places. Mom needed clothes for the Voice of the Prophets conferance she and dad are going to.

I did paperwork, booked a ticket, am getting the shots, and have all the excitement about the trip! Can hardly believe that I am going out of the country for the first time(exept Canada) by myself. This isn't like me. Hallalujah   Maybe I'm growing up! I leave May 7 and will be gone amost 2 weeks.

I need to think of something clever to do with leftovers for dinner. Bye..hope I wasn't to boring
